For three decades, Wiele has been bringing his messages of “competing from the neck up”, “working smarter by thinking better” and “putting intelligence to work” increasing productivity by tapping into the Total Intelligence in human capital to some of the world’s most powerful and successful organizations.
Bob was a principal architect of Canada’s internationally respected National Coaching Certification Program. The NCCP has over 500,000 graduates who have impacted more than 10,000,000 young athletes in the past 30 years.
His captivating presentations reveal his obvious passion for learning through his unique and humorous perspectives on our roles and responsibilities within society. His message encourages individuals and organizations to maximize their opportunities and impact through better understanding of and greater access to the Total Intelligence of their people.
The programs that Bob has designed or led have impacted over 1,000,000 people worldwide. He has been featured as a keynote speaker at the 2nd International Congress on Intellectual Capital, the Austin Dialogue on Knowledge Management, the World Summit for Knowledge Management, the Strategic Leadership Forum and at many other national and international events.
